Construction of grated drop inlets, drywells, gutters, curbs and drain line; asphalt paving; installation of pavement markings, signing and striping; installation, maintenance and removal of temporary BMPs; Underground Injection testing; and traffic control. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $1,500,000.00. To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii, General Engineering "A" license at the time of bidding. A 5% bid adjustment for bidders that are parties to apprenticeship agreements pursuant to Section 103-55.6, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), is applicable to this project. Compliance with Act 192, SLH 2011 is a requirement for this project whereby a minimum of 80% of the bidder's work force on this project must consist of Hawaii residents.
