The Proposer shall perform maintenance of, and administration and management services related to roadways and bridges along SR 429 between Seidel Road to north of Mount Plymouth Road, along SR 414 between SR 429 and US 441, SR 451 from SR 414 to US 441 and SR 453 in Orange and Lake County, Florida. The Proposer shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies required to supply the services and complete the maintenance work in accordance with the specifications, procedures and terms of the Contract, including the specific tasks and events set forth in the CFX Maintenance Specifications. The fees or commissions charged for providing any bonds or insurance specifically required for the performance of the Contract, provided that the fee or commission is determined to be reasonable and not excessive as compared with fees customarily allowed for similar services. At the Committee's sole discretion, the three (3) firms with the highest point total after evaluation of the first three criteria in 4.2 below may be invited to sit for a presentation and question/answer session with the Committee. The time allotted for the presentation will be 25 minutes followed by a question and answer session that will last approximately 25 minutes. Shortlisted firms who fail to participate in the presentation and question/answer session will be considered non-responsive and PSR-14 eliminated from further consideration by the Committee.
