**As of November 22, 2021, the project has been awarded to TRC Construction for $2,526,459.79 . The start and completion date has not yet been determined. The project consists of 23,820 LF of 8" WL, including valves, flush valves, CAVs, and appurtenances, and the installation of a prepackaged booster station, including site improvements and an access road. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Bid and Contract Documents may be obtained on the San Juan County website. When utilizing the County's website, please complete the Acknowledgement Form that is posted within the Project Manual so you can be listed as Plan Holder, and will automatically receive addendums, if issued. You are reminded that you are solely responsible for checking the County's website for updates. Bidders are reminded that in order to be considered for bid award, all contractors (including their subcontractors if at a specific cost threshold) must be actively registered under the Labor Enforcement Fund with the New Mexico department of Workforce Solutions on the date bids are unconditionally accepted for consideration for bid award and must remain actively registered in order to perform work under this solicitation. The Contractor selected for award of a contract shall provide documentation to verify compliance with this paragraph prior to execution of a contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive information or irregularities in the Bidding.
