Failure to pre-register may result in the Bidder's Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
