Surrounding site work will also be partially demolished. In order to support existing earth grades and site amenities, a series of structural retaining walls will remain in place to stabilize the hillside and keep existing planters in place. A number of existing trees will also be protected in place and maintained through the length of demolition project. Scope of work also includes clearing all utilities from the project site, re-routing and reconnecting many of the utilities away from the site to maintain current utility services.
