This RFPQ is open to all contractors who wish to be considered as a pre-qualified general contractor to undertake the construction of the Proposed Works. The Work consists of supplying all labour, equipment and material necessary to undertake water well drilling services as it relates to monitoring well repair/maintenance activities, monitoring well drilling and construction and monitoring well decommissioning. The Region may enter into a number of contracts with other drilling contractors outside the scope of monitoring well optimization and this Contract. All aspects of this Scope of Work must meet the regulatory requirements of all applicable legislation and York Region Design Guidelines for Monitoring Well Design, Construction and Installation. - Monitoring well repair/maintenance Work may include, but is not limited to the following: - Monitoring well drilling and construction Work may include, but is not limited to the following: - Well Decommissioning work Interested firms should follow the details of this document closely when responding to this RFPQ. Only those Respondents qualified by the Region as Selected Respondents will be permitted to submit bids for the Proposed work.
