The Ocean View School District (District) of Ventura County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District is seeking to prequalify design-build entities or design build teams to submit proposals to design and construct the District's HVAC project in accordance with Education Code Section 17250.10 et seq. Statement of qualifications (SOQ) for the following project. HVAC Project Design Build Services RFQ#2021-001 Respondents to this RFQ shall submit electronically online only through Quality Bidders a fully completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and Supplemental Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, using the District's standard prequalification template for design-build projects, as further described herein. A fully completed Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") shall consist of successful submission of both the PreQualification Questionnaire and Supplemental Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. Fill out Steps 1-4, at Step 5, select Ocean View School District 5. Under Additional Requirements, copy and paste Supplemental Pre-Qualification Questionnaire to a separate document, complete & upload by clicking Add Document 6. Once saved, Click on Pre-Qualification Apps 7. Click on Submit under the Actions Column for the applicable application. Submit both the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and Supplemental Pre-Qualification Questionnaire electronically online through Quality Bidders only. Oral, telegraphic, facsimile, telephone, or hard copy SOQs will not be accepted. SOQs, whether received in part or whole, received after this date and time will not be accepted The RFQ does not commit the District to award or contract or pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a statement responsive to this request. The District reserves the right to accept all or part of any statement or to cancel in part or in its entirety this RFQ. The District further reserves the right to negotiate changes in and to accept the statement(s) that it considers in the best interest of the District. Each submitted RFQ must strictly conform with and be responsive to the RFQ. No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted.
