Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Eel Ground, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a 4,175-square-foot, one-story above grade day care center.
*Award amount was not released for publication. The project scope of work section is to be read in conjunction with the other documents, see drawing list below, of the tender package to form the full scope of this contract. The scope of work includes, but not limited to: 1. Civil works: Include site grading, storm service, sanitary service, water, and parking lot. 2. Building: a. Excavation for the building foundation b. Foundation: Reinforced concrete frost walls, strip footings and floor slab c. Building exterior concrete walls using ICF d. Building structure and other framing: wood framed walls, pre-engineered wood roof trusses e. Building finishes (exterior and interior): vinyl siding and asphalt roofing f. Mechanical services: Heating / ventilation for new building such as VRF, duct heater, Heat Recovery Ventilator, fans, Diffuser and Grilles, Electric Boiler and in floor heating. g. Plumbing services: floor drainage and water for the new building, Backflow Prevention Device, Hot Water Tank, etc. h. Electrical services: lighting, switches, receptacles, exit signage, etc. for new building. 3.
