Provide Construction Manager At-Risk services for development of a 40,000 square foot flexible lab building on the CU-ICAR campus in Greenville, SC. The Owner is the Clemson University Land Stewardship Foundation. The project is partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Adminstration and is therefore subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. Construction Cost Range: $4 million to $5 million *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
