Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Salem, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
As of January 20, 2022, construction has been completed. The County of Roanoke, is requesting sealed bids from qualified companies, which would be able to provide construction of a Boat Ramp at Wayside Park located at 5880 W Main St, Salem, VA 24153. All questions must be submitted before 5:00 p.m., October 5, 2021. The amount of the bid bond shall not exceed five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. The County reserves the right to cancel this IFB and/or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in any proposal.
