This project will construction pavement improvements at the Sweden Rd Fleet Management Shop at 4600 Sweden Rd. Included in this work will be removing the existing pavement and adding proposed pavement which includes a mix of asphalt and concrete. Additional work included in this project will be pavement markings. Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000. The estimated cost of this Project is $1,099,408.75.
