The New Hanover County Emergency Logistics Center is a 56,380 SF tilt up building located in Castle Hayne, NC. The new construction will include reinforced concrete foundations; reinforced concrete SOG; tilt-up concrete walls; joist & decking; storefront; TPO roof system; metal stud interior partitions. Major systems include: fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm. Interior finishes include: hard tile, acoustical ceilings, resin flooring, sealed concrete, resilient flooring, paint, specialties ( signage, lockers, metal shelving), casework, window treatments. Site work includes: erosion control measures, grading, import/export fill, site utilities (storm drainage, water, sewer & fire services); site concrete (walks, pads, curbing, pavements); asphalt pavements, pavement markings & signage; fence & gates; landscaping; and site furnishings Anticipated Project Start Date: 1Q 2022 Anticipated Project Completion Date: 1Q 2023
