The works consist mainly of the construction of paths, the planting of trees and shrubs as well as the installation of street furniture, in particular an ecological sanitary block. The Municipality does not incur any responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or tender documents and addenda conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
