Renovation of a municipal facility in Plano, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of November 12, 2021, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on Dec 17th. Question Cutoff Date 10/14/2021 05:00:00 PM (CT) The opinion of probable construction cost for this contract is $300,000. SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES all materials, labor, equipment and services to produce or be incorporated in such construction. Contract will be a general contract for the replacement of fifteen (15) HVAC split systems at building 900 in Plano Texas. At Building 900 there are (15) DX cooling/electric heat indoor units with associated roof mounted units to be replaced with DX cooling/electric heat indoor units with associated roof mounted units. Included in scope of work is connecting new equipment to existing HVAC control network, connecting to existing wall mounted sensors, and associated electrical/mechanical work as indicated in the construction documents. Payment for the contract work shall be made pursuant to the terms of the Contract Documents.
