Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Moreno Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
Bidders needs to provide pricing for eight Solar LED light fixtures and eight 20-foot light poles with mounting hardware for area lighting application. Fixtures shall be an all in one component with solar panel, battery technology, with remote monitoring and adaptive lighting technology all within the fixture. All mounting hardware should be theft proof hardware for the fixtures. Optimal light fixture efficiency should produce up to 14,000 lumens per fixture with a maximum battery output with a minimum of 9000 lumens per fixture. Manufacturer shall provide customer support on installation and startup of light fixtures. In addition, Manufacturer should provide all fixture components warranties and information on returns or replacement parts service. Bidders are solely responsible for on time submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that the bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted. Bidders shall be solely responsible for informing themselves with respect to the proper utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. Failure of the bidders to successfully submit electronic bids shall be at the bidders' sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted bids.
