Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, TN. This procurement is a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C 8127(d), with an approved NAICS Code 236220, Size Standard $39.5 Million. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, coordination, and services necessary for the design and renovation of Building 207 PET-CT Tomograph in accordance with the RFP documents to be posted with the solicitation. This project is a Design Build solicitation, to provide Architectural, Engineering and Construction services that, at a minimum, include the demolition, design, renovation and construction services to create a fully functional PET/CT clinic that meets all current codes and standards. This will involve complete demolition of finishes and services within the building and modifications to the exterior and interior to accommodate the required safety and service clearances for the PET/CT equipment to be installed. The Government anticipates the project will be split into two (2) phases. Work is to be completed within 365 calendar days of receipt of Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of construction cost for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
