The County owned East Palo Alto Government Center (EPA) will undergo renovation to the building's mechanical systems. Complete replacement of the system has activated further research into the usability of the building and potentially additional improvements that may result upgrades to the facility such as; improved security measures, ceilings, indoor lighting, elevator and roof replacement. This project is included in the San Mateo County's FY 2021-2026 CIP. Information regarding design team and contractor selection has not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. Per the county, this project is being handled by the City of East Palo Alto. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
