Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Palatka, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City has applied for funding and therefore, procurement and contracting will follow CDBG regulations and award will be contingent on the City receiving funding and DEO approval. All interested parties must register by email to the RFQ contact their name, email address, address and telephone number to receive any future changes, additions, addendums or notices concerning this RFQ. Contact: Mandi Tucker, City of Palatka Grants Administrator/ Project Manager 201 North Second Street Palatka, FL 32177 mtucker@palatka-fl.gov The project will consist of the construction of 8 concrete sidewalks with ADA accessibility to create a safe pedestrian walkway within the City and facilitate necessary social distancing while creating safe spaces for residents. Approximately 20,348 square yards of ADA compliant 8 foot wide sidewalks and 10 foot wide multi-purpose paths will be constructed within the project area. The City of Palatka reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal process and to award the contract(s) in the best interest of the City. Engineering service contract(s) may be subject to grant/loan award and release of funds by the funding agency.
