Working plans call for the construction of a 20,000-square-foot, two-story above grade office development; for site work for a office development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Avondale is seeking Design-Build Services for a new commercial building to be built in The BLVD Park Avenue District. The project will consist of: 1) Design of two new 2 story shell commercial buildings up to 20,000 SF each; 2) Construction of one building including site improvements, which may include a police substation to be built within the first building; 3) And construction of approximately 750 LF of off-site street and utility improvements (including wet and dry utilities and city fiber) adjacent to site on N. Park Ave. and a portion of W. Fillmore Street (see exhibit) Bond Performance(100%), Payment(100%) The City of Avondale reserves the right to amend the solicitation schedule, as necessary.
