The Hoffman Park Playground & Walkways project involves the replacement of playground equipment, the partial fencing of a basketball court and concrete walkways, ADA accessibility access from both parking lots, and irrigated bluegrass turf, a substantial hardly used portion of the park, to be converted to low water low growing native grasses. Work to be performed includes but is not limited to the supply and installation of the following: Site Preparation Water, Sediment and Erosion Control Earthwork Concrete Walkways Sodding Picnic Shade Shelter Turf Conversion Playground Edging, Wavy Walk and Surfacing Planting Irrigation Site Furnishings Be advised the play equipment and installation has been purchased outside this contract. The selected contractor shall coordinate site access and preparation. Work not specifically called out for but is needed to accomplish a successful project under this contract should be considered as part of the work to be performed, whether specifically detailed or not.
