Phase 2 of upgrades and renovations to the heat production station at the Centre de Réadaptation en Dépendance de Montréal CRDM - Montreal Addiction Rehabilitation Centre. The scope of the project includes the replacement of two old boilers, upgrades to the ventilation, heating and cooling systems upgrades, improvement to the piping network. TIMELINE: The owner was unable to secure a project funding package and award a full team of professional consultants for project design. The project will not proceed.
