Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 200,000-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility.
New main support building; this primary building includes a combination of masonry, steel, and wood structure. Project includes additional accessory structures and site work as applicable, anticipated area of disturbance is approximately 200,000 square feet. The Valley Regional Park Field Support Complex consists of the complete demolition of the existing ball field support building and bleachers, and accessory structures as required for new construction. Selective Demolition of utilities and structures to remain and are incorporated in the new project. Utility connections and partial replacement. New construction as indicated in the bid documents including buildings, bleachers, fencing/netting, paving, site and landscape work, etc. Rework of existing field elements and coordination with owner regarding to tie into existing systems. As of January 4, 2022, construction is anticipated to start by late January, 2022 and be complete by November, 2022.
