Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the addition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Project is comprised of four (4) different phases of work on the same site. Phase 1 is the construction of the Vehicle Maintenance Facility (VMF) expansion. The expansion is approximately 6,375sf with two (2) exterior canopies (East Canopy approx. 1,700sf, South Canopy approx. 4,925sf). Phase 2 is the construction of a new Warehouse/Storage Building on the property directly North of the existing VMF. The Warehouse/Storage Building is a Pre-Engineered Building and is approx. 3,625sf and will be occurring at the same time as the VMF Expansion. Phase 3 is the remodel of the existing VMF Storage Building; which is approx. 6,450sf and will not start until the new Warehouse/Storage building is complete. Phase 4 is the remodel of the existing VMF Office spaces; which is approx. 2,860sf and will not start until the remodel of the existing VMF Storage Building is complete
