Expected duration of the contract (in months): 8 The works consist mainly in the supply of labor, materials, equipment, material and services necessary for the execution of the works relating to the replacement of the sliding doors of the Olympic Stadium. The content of this article should not be considered as limiting. For more details and details, refer to the Plans and Specifications and other documents forming part of this mandate. These works include, but are not limited to: Mobilization and organization of the site;
The installation of site fences and temporary partitions;
Door demolition work and any related system;
Supply and installation of sliding doors and all their components;
Distribution work of empty conduits of network cables;
Electrical connection work on the doors;
Complete cleaning and maintenance of the site on a daily basis;
Board and travel expenses for all workers and subcontractors;
The evacuation of demolition waste specific to its work, off the site, in an appropriate place and according to the standards in force;
Management of noise, dust, water or any other contaminant specific to its work;
Provision of certifications;
The tests and trials requested;
Acceptance of the work.
The doors that are concerned by this mandate represent phase 1, and are doors 1 to 6, for a total of nine (9) doors. Cable entry work in conduits, and door access control (card reader, intercom, etc.) are not included in the contractor's mandate. Before carrying out the work, the contractor must provide work procedures which must be approved by the Olympic Park. Ventilation of the work site area is entirely the responsibility of the contractor and he must control fumes outside the work area so as not to harm users.
