Last Day for RFIs October 11, 2021 KCSC desires that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) have a maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of City contracts. The project has an overall DBE participation goal, and only firms that have been certified by the Missouri Regional Certification Committee (MRCC) and perform a Commercially Useful Function (CUF) are eligible to satisfy the DBE goal. The work to be performed will take place on the Main Street Viaduct adjacent to Union Station and on the Brush Creek Bridge. Due to timing of the work, separate mobilizations will be required for the two locations at different times during the project. This work may include, but is not limited to, the following: o Safety o Quality o Temporary Traffic Control o Street Cleaning and Site Maintenance o Expansion Joint Modifications o Deck Drainage Modifications o Bridge Deck Patch at Track Turnout o Bridge Deck Concrete Overlay o Center Median Demo and Overlay o Curb, Sidewalk, and ADA Ramp o Structural OCS Foundations o Bridge Conduits o Containment Systems
