The awarded contract is to Engelke Construction. Anticipated start date is Jan 3, 2022. The Bidder must include a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for 100% of the amount of their bid or a certified check in the amount of 10% of their total bid. See Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Portage County Prevailing Wages and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this Project.
