Site work for a mixed-use development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work included under this contract consists of completing the design, obtaining all applicable permits, and installing a solar array system consisting of multiple parking canopy structures and foundations in Beach 8 parking lot providing virtual net metering interconnection (i.e. meter aggregation) to the electric utility company (Penelec). Work also includes upgrading the Penelec primary electric service, modifying the secondary electric distribution system, and installing an electrical kiosk, solar production web-based monitoring system, and all related electrical power, electrical control, solar optimizer, and solar inverter systems. Responsive bidders must submit their SDB and VBE Participation Engineer's Estimate: Over $1,000,000 If the Rachel Carson State Office Building is open to the public, Bid Documents may be reviewed free of charge during normal working hours, (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) in the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Division of Field Engineering, 8th Floor, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Bid Documents also may be reviewed at Presque Isle Park (Park Office - Tom Ridge Environmental Center), 301 Peninsula Drive (Suite 1), Erie, Pennsylvania.
