The City of Winter Garden, Florida is soliciting proposals from qualified professional contractors that are interested in providing construction services for the City's North Boyd Street Parking Lot improvements located at 37 North Boyd Street In selecting the contractor the City shall consider such factors as the ability and availability of the contractor's resources (personnel and equipment); past performance; willingness to meet time schedules; recent, current, and projected workloads; past experience with similar projects and cost. Proposers who have not purchased a RFP package from the City prior to submitting their proposal and do not have a representative attend the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting shall be disqualified All proposals must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the proposer's name, project name, and the time and date of opening. It shall be the BIDDER'S responsibility to ensure that proposals are delivered to the above address by the appointed time. The City of Winter Garden reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or total, any or all proposals and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the City. Any proposal packages received after the above noted time will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any uncertainty regarding the time a proposal package is received will be resolved against the Respondent. Proposal packages submitted after this designated time will be returned unopened.
