Site work for a fitness / recreation center in Agoura Hills, California. Working plans call for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer This project requires that interested Contractors be Pre-Qualified and the City will only accept Bids from Bidders who have been prequalified for the Project. The Pre-Qualification package is included in this document as Appendix C. Any Bid received from a Bidder who has not been prequalified for the Project will be returned unopened. Interested bidders shall submit a completed Pre-Qualification package to the City of Agoura Hills electronically via PlanetBids by 9:00 a.m. on October 14, 2021 Q&A Deadline 10/14/2021 9:00 AM (PDT) Liquidated Damages $600 PER DAY Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00%
