Rhode Island Contract No. 2021-CT-062, Federal Aid- Project Nos. STPG-HSIP(097) and 3RDPRTY(312) is for the Intersection Safety Improvements 2019, C2 project. The specific locations include; Mount Pleasant Avenue between Smith Street and Dover Street, the intersection of North Main Street (US Route 1) with Randall Street/Doyle Avenue, and the intersection of Hartford Avenue (US Route 6) with Bishop Hill Road, in the City ofProvidence, and Town ofJohnston, Rhode Island, Providence County, The work encompassed in this Contract shall include, but not be limited to, traffic signal reconstruction, roadway widening, installation of bike lanes and multi-use path, precast bicycle barrier concrete curb, bump outs, raised crosswalks, raised intersection, concrete sidewalk, ADA compliant curb ramps, granite curb, traffic signs, accessible pedestrian signals, school zone flashing beacons, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, epoxy resin pavement markings, milling & overlay, cutting & matching pavement, traffic control and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work to the satisfaction ofthe Engineer.
