This project involves stabilization of Little Paint Banks, by reshaping the banks to 4:1 slope, establishing a flood plain bench, armoring the shoreline with class E revetment, installing two rock weirs and planting native vegetation on all disturbed areas. A. Work Covered by Contract Documents: 1. Name of the project is "Little Paint Creek Floodplain Restoration", Project Number 21-03-03-01. Drawings and Specifications are dated September 2021. 2. Briefly and without force and effect upon contract documents, work of the contract can be summarized as follows: a. This project involves stabilization of Little Paint Banks, by reshaping the banks to 4:1 slope, establishing a flood plain bench, armoring the shoreline with class E revetment, installing two rock Weirs and planting native vegetation on all disturbed areas. B. Occupancy: 1. Owner: The DNR shall have the right to enter the building or work site and store or attach such fixtures or furniture as it may elect, or to do other work providing that such storage or work will not interfere with the completion of the Contractor's work. Such occupancy by the DNR shall in no way imply final acceptance of any portion of the Contractor's work.
