The School District of Escambia County, Florida (the District) solicits your company to submit a Proposal on the above referenced goods or services. All terms, specifications and conditions set forth in this request are incorporated by this reference into your response. Proposals will not be accepted unless all conditions have been met. All Proposals must have an authorized signature in the space provided below. The School District is not responsible for lost or late delivery of Proposals by the U.S. Postal Service or other delivery services used by the Responder. Proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening date unless otherwise specified. The School District of Escambia County is soliciting sealed written proposals to establish an Agreement to provide operational preventative maintenance and inspection of air handler units (AHU's) throughout the District. Attachment A contains a list of locations and quantities of AHU's. Upon mutual written agreement and approval of the School Board of Escambia County, Florida, an Agreement will be issued in one (1) year increments for up to a total of five (5) years subject to the availability of lawfully appropriated funds. As current funding for these services is set to expire in September, 2023, this Agreement may be terminated for convenience prior to or at that time. The initial term of the Agreement(s) shall be December 1, 2021 through November 30, 2022.
