Provide all plant labor, materials and equipment to make repairs as outlined below to the Dequincy Readiness Center located at 101 North Overton Street Dequincy, Louisiana 70633. Description of Work: Remove Damage Rake Capping and Replace: o Replace missing/damaged Rake capping on East Capping with new twenty-four (24) gauge galvanized metal.o Replace all rake capping on West side: o Total linear footage: Eighty (80) feet. o Color: Medium Bronze Panel Replacement South East Side: o Remove and replace two (2) panels on the southeast side of the building. o Replace approximately eight (8) linear feet of ridge capping. Panel Replacement on the West Side:o Remove rusted through panels on the west side: Approximately one thousand two hundred (1,200) square feet.o Replace with new twenty-four (24) gauge galvanized roofing panels. o Replace approximately eighteen (18) linear feet of ridge capping. Fascia one (1) foot by eight (8) feet Pressure Treated:o Replace all one (1) foot x eight (8) feet pressure treated fascia, or equal, on the north side.o Replace twenty (20) linear feet of one (1) foot by eight (8) feet pressure treated fascia board, or equal, on the southeast side.o Approximately ninety-five (95) linear feet. Gutters:o Install approximately seventy-five (75) linear feet of gutters with two (2), fifteen (15) linear feet down spouts on the north side of the building. Twenty-six (26) gauge galvanized metal.o Southeast side of building: Detach approximately twenty (20) linear foot section of gutter. Interior Roof Insulation:o Remove and replace damaged insulation and re-tape: Approximately four-hundred and sixty-eight (468) square feet.o Three and a half (3 1/2 ) inches thick, white vinyl backed insulation, or equal. Heater Stacks:o Remove and replace heater stacks and reseal to the roof.o Three (3), eight (8) inch heater stacks. Screw Head Coating: o Coat all screw heads with Gaco Patch, or equal: Approximately two-thousand nine-hundred (2,900) square feet. Replace Missing Bricks:o Replace missing bricks with mortar: Approximately eighteen (18).o Tuck-pointing. The work will be completed within one-hundred eighty (180) calendar days. Bids submitted in the following manner will not be accepted: A. Bid submitted on paper contains no signature indicating intent to be bound; B. Bid filled out in pencil; and C. Bid not submitted on the state's standard forms. Deadline to receive written inquiries: 10/12/2021. Address all inquiries and correspondence to the buyer at the phone and address.
