Site work for a medical facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility.
All Bidders for this project are required to meet all qualification requirements as established in these bid documents. Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw their bid after the actual date of the opening of bids. Contractors are required to submit qualification statements seven (7) days prior to bidding. The District will conduct a pre-bid conference at the place bids will be received, followed by an on-site examination of existing conditions, for the purpose of review of the bidding documents, bidding procedures and to receive Bidders' questions. This project is contingent upon the sale and receipt of bond funds. The District reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. Provide a shelter structure per the KKT plan created 7/23/2021 2. Provide and acquire the building permit from the City of Tulsa. Permit allowance shall be $1,000.00 added to your cost proposal. 3. Provide engineering and structural calculations as may be required from the City of Tulsa. 4. Structure roof decking shall be polycarbonate. 5. Provide alternate price for an extruded aluminum roof deck. 6. Provide design and load calculation for footings and structural members. 7. Provide manufacturer name and prototype canopy with your proposal
