Site work for a library in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a library.
The project located at the Library consists of all labor and materials to remove, modify, fabricate and install a replacement Outdoor Electronic Message Center. A. Fabrication and installation of new signs and sign panels with message copy and symbols B. Cleaning and maintenance of signs, if directed by MPPL, shall be under a separate contract. C. Provide all materials, fasteners, structures, brackets and other mounting hardwarenecessary for installation and repair and maintenance of new signs. D. Installation and maintenance of lamps of sign components. E. Replace broken and damaged sign panels, cabinets and structural members. F. Color, finish, material and process for all work as required by MPPL standards. G. Maintenance and repair of sign components as needed to maintain proper sign appearance. H. Provide and install temporary exterior signs as needed. I. Provide support assemblies as required for new sign locations. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond in a sum equal to 100% of the amount of the Contract issued by an insurance company acceptable to Owner.
