As of February 1, 2022, Atlantic Beach has issued an Intent to Award Notice for Bliss Products. A contract has not been awarded at this time as Commerce is in review of the procurement process because this project is being partially funded through a CDBG award. Construction Cost Range: $100,000-$150,000 The Town of Atlantic Beach, SC is soliciting sealed and competitive bids from qualified contractors to comprehensively restore and revitalize its community public park/playground. The Town is looking to renovate and modernize its 58 X150 park/playground site.The scope of work for this project will consist of design, site work, playground equipment, furnishings and playground equipment installation. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
