The Howard County Public School System requests your bid for the following: Base Bid 1.) Replacement of the existing cast iron sectional noncondensing boilers with high efficiency condensing boilers. 2.) Replacement of the existing heating water pumps, air separator, expansion tank, and make-up water assembly. Alternate No. 1 1.) Replacement of the existing indoor, natural gas-fired generator with an outdoor, natural gas fired generator. 2.) Replacement of the existing automatic transfer switch (ATS) with two ATSs, one for critical life safety systems and one for optional standby systems. 3.) Modifications to the emergency power distribution system. Alternate No. 2 1.) Replacement of the existing main electrical switchboard.
