Complete streets rehabilitation of the Moms St, corridor from the bridge spanning Eagle Creek to the intersection at Harding St. Includes construction of new sidewalk, retaining walls, curbing, bus pads, ADA curb ramps, milling of the existing asphalt and repair of concrete joints, as well as resurfacing with new asphalt. A separate storm sewer system will be installed from Warman Ave. to Tremont St to separate the existing CSO system located within those bounds. New inlets and existing inlets will be installed/relocated to the new curb lines. A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond will also be required of the successful Bidder This Work will be funded by the City of Indianapolis. The participation goal for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) for this contract is fifteen percent (15%). The participation goal for Women Business Enterprise (WBE) for this contract is eight percent (854). The participation goal for Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) is three percent (3%). The participation goal tor Disability-owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) is one percent (1%).
