The Charlotte County Airport Authority is requesting qualifications from all interested and qualified firms to provide Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services under a Continuing Services Agreement (CSA) following the procedures outlined in Section 287 Florida Statutes, as amended and the latest version of FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E. Up to three (3) qualified firms will be selected and will serve as an extension of the staff for a myriad of small,medium, and large architectural, engineering, and projects/tasks. The Charlotte County Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in or reject any or all proposals and to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work. All interested firms are advised that the projects awarded under the Continuing Service Agreement may be funded in part by an Airport Improvement Program grant, therefore typical Federal mandatory provisions will apply to the contract. Among these are: Buy American Civil Rights Title VI Assurance Davis Bacon Requirements Debarment and Suspension Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Foreign Trade Restrictions Lobbying Federal Employees Affirmative Action A2 Affirmative action requirement a2.1 source 41 cfr part 60-4 executive order 11246 a 2.2 applicability The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
