As of March 28, 2022, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed, however, funding for the project is to be included in the Ozark ballot on April 5, 2022 to be voted on. Project Description: A new PE Facility will be added to the Ozark Kindergarten located on 700 N 12th St, Ozark, AR 72949 adjacent to the existing building. Additionally, the Ozark High School located on 1631 Hillbilly Dr, Ozark, AR 72949 will build new classroom space and student lounge. These projects will incorporate sitework and utilities, concrete, masonry, structural steel, architectural finishes, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with all state, regulatory, and licensing requirements, and all requirements of the Construction Manager's Manual. To be considered, bidders must be licensed on day of bid.
