Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Elgin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Repaint improvements to the WTP 0.5 MG GST, WTP 0.327 MG GST, 2nd Street 0.5 MG EST, and Elgin Oaks 0.050 MG EST (Additive Alternate), that will incorporate an abrasive blast and recoat of the tank interior, a pressure wash and recoat of the tank exterior, miscellaneous tank improvements, and all other appurtenances necessary for the complete Project. Tanks shall be painted one at a time, with no more than one tank out of service at any time The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment to abrasive blast and paint the tank components in accordance with the following schedule. The term "exterior surfaces" shall refer to the outside of the steel tank proper and all appurtenances located outside of the tank. The paints and paint products used for this project shall be manufactured by The Tnemec Corporation. The City of Elgin, Texas (OWNER) invites proposals for the Elgin Water Storage Tanks Repaint project and all other appurtenances necessary for the complete Project.
