Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Dana, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project will be constructed in seven (7) contract divisions, which are defined and outlined as follows: Division I - New 75,000 Gallon Elevated Tank: Scope of work includes the erection of a new 75,000 gallon multi-column steel elevated storage tank and the demolition of the existing 65,000 gallon multi-column elevated storage tank. Works also includes site piping, perimeter fence, and site restoration. Division II - Water Supply and Treatment Facility Improvements: Scope of work includes replacing (2) well pumps, replacing the site piping at (2) wells, replacing the induced draft aerator, modifying the existing aerator detention tank, building an addition on the existing treatment building, upgrading electrical service to the treatment plant and wells, and replacing the electrical and controls at the treatment plant. Lastly, work includes new perimeter fencing around (2) wells, site restoration and all temporary bypass piping. Division III - Water Meter Replacement: Scope of work includes replacing the existing meters for all customers. Division IV - New Emergency Generator: Scope of work includes the installation of an emergency generator and automatic transfer switch at the water treatment facility, as well as site restoration. Division V - Backwash Tank Modifications: Scope of work includes the installation of a drain line from the existing backwash holding tank to the sanitary sewer system and modifying the backwash holding tank, as well as site restoration. Division VI - Well #1 Abandonment and Building Demolition: Scope of work includes abandoning Well #1 and demolishing its building, as well as site restoration. Division VII - New Raw Water Transmission Main: Scope of work includes the installation of approximately 1,150 lineal feet of new 6" raw water transmission main from the wells to the treatment plant and site restoration.
