Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 13,500-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Request for Proposal is being issued by Humber to obtain Proposals from licensed Contractors to serve as the Construction Manager (Contractor) for 110 Carrier Drive Addition & Renovation Project. Humber is planning to construct two-storey addition of approximately 13,500 sq ft and renovate approximately 11,500 sq ft at Humber's Centre for Trades and Technology at 110 Carrier Drive. The project will be phased over 3 years to meet construction funding targets on March 31, 2022, March 31, 2023 and March 31, 2024. 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour & Material Payment Bond based upon an estimated final construction value of $7,000,000. A timeframe for a possible award has not been provided for publication.
