Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Hanford, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
**As of February 25,2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 15, 2022** Furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to remove existing roof, repair existing roofing surface, replace defective sheathing, raising existing mechanical equipment, removal and replace existing roof drains and pitch pans, replace damaged plumbing supports, install crickets, new lead flashing, and coping cap, install sheet metal flashing, install new base and cap sheets. City of purchase roof material for Contractor to install. No bid will be received unless it is made on a bid form furnished by the City Engineer. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidders security made payable to the City of Hanford for an amount equal to at least ten percent of the amount bid such guaranty to be forfeited should the bidder to whom the contract is awarded fail to enter into this contract. All questions regarding this project shall be in writing and shall be received by the Department of Public Works Engineering Division, City of Hanford, Department of Public Works, 900 S. 10th Avenue, Hanford, CA 93239. Proposal may be rejected if they show any alteration of form, additions not called for, conditional bids, incomplete bids, erasures, or irregularities of any kind. The City of Hanford reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals.
