The Livingston County Land Bank Corporation seeks experienced contractors for the demolition of a vacant commercial building at 1920 Buell Avenue in the Village of Lima. All experienced contractors are invited to submit responses to the project bid. Questions on the bidding packet shall be directed in writing to Andrew Collini at T.Y. Lin International at Andrew.collini@tylin.com . All requests for Bid clarification must be submitted by _, 2021. All questions will be answered via email and documented in writing as an addendum to the Bid.
