William Griffin Homes (199 Carroll St., Paterson, NJ) 5) NJ21- 9 Joseph Masiello Homes (255 Atlantic St., Paterson, NJ) 6) NJ21- 10 Gordon Canfield Homes (160 Ward St., Paterson, NJ) NJ21-12 Sojourner Douglass Homes (SD 121, 122, 123 & 124, Paterson, NJ) The Housing Authority of the City of Paterson (HACP) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified contractors to assist staff with the maintenance of its boilers and HVAC systems/equipment as needed for the properties listed above. The type of boilers to be maintained and serviced are as follows: Cleaver-Brooks Fire Tube Boilers, Weil-Mclean Cast Iron Boilers, Weil-Mclean Aqua Balance and LARRS Boilers, etc. (The Authority Contractor shall provide boiler preventive maintenance and repair services for various boilers within the housing developments. The scope shall include annual boiler breakdown and preparation the annual state boiler inspections. All boiler repair work and maintenance shall follow the manufacturer' s recommendations. Prospective contractors may contact Larry Sawey, Boiler Mechanic at 973-332-2450 to visit each boiler room and answer questions, prior to the submittal of RFQ. Interested contractors shall provide hourly rate for regular working hours and overtime rate. Proof of liability and worker compensation insurance along with proof of NJ business entity registration No Proposals shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety days (90) subsequent to the due date of the proposals without the written consent of the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals.
