Reference number : 1531339 Review Title : Embankment stabilization - route Sainte-Marie, Champlain Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-10-12 Electronic submission accepted: No The Municipality of Champlain is requesting submissions for: the Embankment stabilization - route Sainte-Marie, Champlain project. The work consists of a softening of the rear escarpment of the landslide, the excavation of the landslide debris and the installation of a stabilizing rock counterweight at the base of the slope. Related work, such as revegetation and others is also provided for in the mandate. This specification covers stabilization work on the collapsed slope on Route Sainte-Marie, in the municipality of Champlain. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
