E-Waste Facility Relocation - General Contract, Plumbing Contract, Heating Contract and Electric Contract This Project is the construction of a 6,000 SF post frame building to contain the GLRA's electronic waste collection operations.. The Project is located in North Annville Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, approximately 3 miles northwest of the City of Lebanon, PA. General Contract: The Project consists of: a. Install preliminary Erosion and Sedimentation control measures b. Clearing and grubbing c. Cut and fill as necessary to bring area to the required grades d. Install roadways and pour warehouse foundation e. Construct 6,000 SF post frame building f. Install and connect utilities, such as plumbing, heating, and electric to 5' from perimeter of building. Trade contractors to make final connections to utilities at building. g. Perform Construction Quality Control testing of completed components h. Establish final landscaping CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 10/20/2021 4:00 PM Responses from the GLRA due by Friday, October 22nd A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Project consists of the construction of the warehouse, associated land development features, stormwater management, utility connections, and site stabilization. The Project is located in North Annville Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, approximately 3 miles northwest of the City of Lebanon, PA. This project will bid as noted above, with bidding to be completed at the date and time noted. Following a review of the bid results the successful bidder(s) may be approved at the next meeting of the GLRA Authority Board scheduled for November 3, 2021 at 7:00 pm. Bidders should note that this project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and that not less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act must be paid on this project.
