Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Clewiston, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.

As of April 21, 2022, a design builder has been awarded for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project consists of the demolition of several existing buildings (B-39, B-55, B-58, B-59, B-69, B-69A, B-108, B-317, B-318, B-342, B-349, Conex 1 and Conex 2) and the construction of new replacement building (or buildings) to house support staff and equipment and fleet-maintenance operations within the existing site. The project also includes removal and replacement of fuel storage tanks and dispensing system; and removal and replacement of the septic tanks and drain fields (with new septic and or sanitary sewer connection); removal and replacement of site paving including driveways, parking, walkways, and a helipad, the evaluation and if necessary, upgrade/replacement of electric and water services; and installation of new perimeter fencing w/entry/exit gates; new storm water management systems.
