Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Gloucester City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, replacing existing interior store front with a Level III bullet resistant store frontsystem. The Work shall include, but not be limited to, demolition, metal stud and drywall, store front and doors, hardware, painting, and all associated fire suppression, HVAC and electrical work Bids must be made upon the official Form ofBid and shall include Bid Security in the form of a 10 certified check, cashier's check, or by Bid Bond drawn to the order ofthe Owner in the amount of 11 ten percent (10%) ofthe Base Bid but in no case in excess of$20,000.00. The bid shall also be 12 accompanied by an executed Consent ofSurety in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A: 18A-25, agreeing 13 to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the stated principal amount of one 14 hundr ed percent (100%) ofthe contract amount, and a two-year Maintenance Bond in the amount 15 often percent (10%) ofthe contract amount. The GLOUCESTER CITY BOARD OF EDUCATION has the right to award the contracts within 39 sixty (60) days ofthe bid opening and reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any 40 non-material defects, as may be permitted by law.
